  • Conduct scheduled audits on running projects with Project Manager to ensure their compliance with QSIT processes, templates, and standards.

  • Review the project's planned versus actual performance (effort, size, cost, schedule, releases and baselines

  • Insure that project risks & corrective actions are clearly documented

  • Track corrective actions to closure in a timely manner.

  • Review in project closure meeting, with stakeholders on the audit status.

  • Reviewing on TFS for all templates & documents used by the team.

  • Communicate with developers and project manager on project and testing status

  • Log and manage bugs/performance issues with development team
